Could you provide me with the names of expert installers that could put a trailer hitch for bike rack on my 2011 Audi A4 near Logan, Utah 84321

For your 2011 Audi A4 Avant Wagon the trailer hitch we'd recommend is the Curt part # C11195 that you referenced. Since we don't have any shops near you your best option will be to find a local mechanic to you with a good reputation and let them do the install.
Hitch installs are pretty basic for qualified mechanics so this would be very easy for them.
