The Thule Excursion 667 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and has been replaced by the Pulse models. I can't confirm a fit for the Excursion as it hasn't been tested on your vehicle and isn't available to test, I can however confirm that the Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft # TH614 and Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft # TH615 are both confirmed to fit your 2015 Subaru Outback with factory roof rails or aftermarket roof rack systems.
I have attached an article to help with the measurements if you have found the older Excursion model to measure for fit.
