My box measures approx 103inch flange to flange. adding 21/2 inches of material to each side, I would need an awning slider with 108inch of material to replace the one I have in white. Which model would I need.

For slide-out awnings you go by the total outer width of the box. Since yours is 103 inches you would need a 9 foot awning, # LCV000163290 for white. The 9 foot Solera Slider is 108 inches wide and has a box width range of 98 inches to 103-3/4 inches. I'd say that it is a perfect match!
