on a 2014 Ford F 150 xlt ecoboost V6 what would be a good fit for rear airlift kit to include the compressor.

For an air bag kit confirmed as a fit for your 2014 Ford F-150 the Firestone kit part # F2542 would be your best option as it has the highest quality air bags around. Then for a compressor kit we have the Air Command I part # F2158 which would work well. It comes with a gauge and all parts needed to install and maintain air pressure in the bags from inside your truck.
