Question:

Hi. First, is this direct bolt on to my iQ? Can this handle the weight of spare wheel? Does or have any have lock pad for both hitch and wheel? Do you have spare wheel bracket attachable for sale? If not, any seller recommend near me in Arcadia 91007? Thank you.

For your 2012 Scion iQ the Curt hitch part # C11291 that you referenced is a confirmed fit and will work well. There's no drilling required to install this hitch but you may have to enlarge some of the access holes. The tongue weight capacity of this is 100 lbs which should be enough for the weight of a spare wheel and tire.

Curt requires the use of their stabilizer strap part # 18050 when using their hitch to carry a non-supported load like a bike rack or spare tire carrier. I attached a review video for you to check for the strap as well.

We do not have any spare tire carriers though at this time that fit this smaller hitch size.
