Can a Custom Fit Trailer Hitch for a 1994 Toyota 4Runner be Installed Upside Down

Question:
Hi do you know if this receiver could be installed upside down for vehicles without a rear bumper? This was the hitch it higher up and has a greater exit clearance. If not iThanks!

No, Curt trailer hitch # C13094 would not fit the 1994 Toyota 4Runner if you tried to install it upside down. What I recommend is having a hitch welded on in the position you want using # 41990-07 or # 41990-16. Welding should be done by a professional welder.
