does this roller replace same type in looks but a two pc system on a 1096 e-zee loader trailer

Yes, as long as the inner bushing on your two piece roller installs on a 3/4 inch shaft or bolt then the Ribbed Rocker Roller, # DL21564, should work great on your 1096 E-Zee loader trailer. The width of the bushing that is pressed into this roller is 1-5/8 inches.
