2018 Chevy Silverado, LT double cab Z71, V8 5.3L gas, bed size is the same on all double cabs i think shorter bed not long box.

Adding an exhaust tip will not make it louder. You'd have to change the muffler setup with a cat back system. Which if you get me all of the details on your truck I can see what we may have. 1500? Engine size? bed length? cab style?
