Tire sizes 235/80/16 and 7.50-16 are very similar. One difference to consider is the rim they'll ride on. The 235/80/16 tire will fit 16 inch rims that are 6, 6-1/2, 7, and 7-1/2 inches wide. While a 7.50-16 will only fit a 16 inch rim that is 6 inches wide.
There a product, like the Kenda # AM10430, you may can use with your current rims if you can measure them. Wheels are measured from bead seat to bead seat. Check out the video of the rim I've linked around the 1:00 mark to see it measured for a visual.
The Kenda tires I mentioned have a maximum capacity of 3,197 pounds at 91 psi.
