Since the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4174 fit all 2WD and 4WD models of the 2018 Toyota RAV4 they will be compatible with your Adventure.
You may also want to consider installing a compressor kit like the Air Command I # F2158 as well. This will allow you to fill the air springs wherever you are at and includes a gauge for you to monitor their pressure.
