Question:
Hi, I have a 2017 Tacoma without a tow package. I was wondering if you sell a wiring harness that will connect to the bumper outlet where it has the 4 prong and 7 prong adapter? I believe Hopkins makes a replacement but it needs to connect to the factory tow wiring harness so I was wondering if etrailer offers something similar.

I do have a solution for you, however there is not currently a wiring harness available that will plug into the factory ports on your Tacoma and provide a 4- and 7-Way connector.
What I recommend doing is going with the Tekonsha Vehicle Wiring Harness # 22117, which will connect to the built-in ports located behind the truck tail lights and includes everything needed to install the fully-functional 7-Way connector. This is confirmed to fit your 2017 Toyota Tacoma.
From there, you have a couple options as to how you can add the additional 4-Way to use when needed. For a permanent solution, you can simply cut off the 7-Way connector that comes with the above kit and hardwire in the Hopkins Endurance # HM48470, which features a 7-Way, 5-Way, and 4-Way on the connector.
If you would rather not hardwire in a new connector, you can also just use an adapter like the Pollak # PK12716. This adapter will just plug right into the 7-Way to provide a 4-Way on the other end when you are going to pull a trailer that's equipped with a 4-Way.
I have attached a few short video demonstrations on the products mentioned that you can also take a look at.
