Question:

Lift moter is 8rpm 6000 series fv i think about 10 years old hole centers 3.8th How can i tell what is the correct replacement part

Based on the information you provided, the correct Replacement Lift Motor for your Fan-Tastic Vent Fan should be part # FVK6050-80. This particular motor is designed to replace the 7 and 8 RPM motors like what you have. The distance between the two mounting holes is 3-3/8 inches on center.
