As long as you have a Light-Duty (6 lug) 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and the the grille guard you are trying to use was specifically designed for your truck then you can use the Replacement Mounting Kit part # 40-117PK to attach the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard part # 40-1175 to your truck.
