There is one towing mirror that we carry which is a fit for your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the CIPA Universal Fit Dual-View Towing Mirror # 11953. This mirror clips on, tightens via knobs and is held in place with straps. The mirror face is 7" wide and 5-1/2" tall with a total width of 14-1/2".
This does come in a quantity of one so you would need to make sure to order two in order to get mirrors that will fit both the driver and passenger side of your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I've added links to a pair of video reviews of this mirror for you to take a look at.
