I was told I could not tow a fifth wheel with my Ram 2500 2018 because of The Ram Box, is this true or does some one make an adapter

That is not true, but an adapter is required for your application. Due to your Ram Box, the bed of your truck is more limited for turning clearance so a Factory Reese Revolution or an aftermarket Reese Sidewinder Pin Box replacement is needed to allow proper turning clearance with your Ram Box.
To start, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP50054-58. This kit will give you the base rails you need and are compatible with coil springs or factory air springs. Then I recommend the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16180 which is a great option for using with a Revolution or Sidewinder pin box. There is even a custom wedge # C16992 for a precise fit to allow your pin box to hold secure in the hitch.
To get the correct Sidewinder pin box, you will need to know the pin box number on your trailer. I've attached a link to all of the possible Sidewinder options for you. I've attached a couple articles to assist. Let me know if you have further questions.
