Is the EP59YR programmer compatible with my truck and what HP and Torque gains can I expect?

For your 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat V6 3.5 liter ECOboost the Edge Programmer part # EP59YR is a confirmed fit.
According to Edge's website the highest power level will get you 86 horsepower and 63 ft lbs of torque. That's quite a bit and something you definitely would feel.
