Question:
My sensor stop working I have camera operation as designed and sound when turning on. Can you help with the sensor failure? Smart Zone

It sounds like you have the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002. With this system the monitor has a button on the side to press in and adjust your volume up and down. It sounds like this may have been disabled accidentally or the system has been switched from everyday mode to towing mode. I've attached the instructions to assist as well as a video review to help.
