Whre can I get a small ball for lawn tractor. pulilng sweeper, cart, wind rower, just for light weight attachments? Seems like the smallest is 1-7/8! Tractor supply didnt have a 1

The most common sizes of trailer hitch ball within the RV world are the 1-7/8-inch size you mentioned, along with 2-inch and 2-5/16-inch types. There are also 50mm and 3-inch hitch balls although these are less common. In addition to the size of the ball portion these can also differ in the diameter and length of their shank, the threaded post part you use to mount it.

We do offer a 1-7/8-inch size ball with a small 5/8-inch-diameter shank, part # C40095, as well as a 2-inch ball with the same shank dimensions, part # CB-20Z.

The only smaller ball we have is not one intended for towing use, but rather as a replacement part for a trailer anti-sway device. Part # RP58060 has a 1-1/4-inch ball on a 5/8-inch shank and it works with a friction-style trailer anti-sway device like # 83660.
