Regarding the Fulton 2 speed 2600# winch. What is the outside diameter of the winch spool?

I contacted the manufacturer to get the dimensions for you. The Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch, Item # F142412, is 9 inches wide, 9-3/8 inches long, and 7 inches tall. The outside of the drum on the winch is approximately 6-1/2 inches.
