The Camco RV Rain Gutter Spouts w/ Extensions # CAM42134 simply slide onto the existing rain gutter to move the water 2 inches off the side of your trailer to avoid all the dirty rain streaks. It also redirects the water so you can get it away from your seams. I've attached a video to assist.
I recommend using a little silicone sealant like # 0160297 to help.
