Does this have the slider bar on the underside?

The Replacement Lid for Ventline and Elixir RV Roof Vents # CAM40148 does have the metal track for the raising and lowering of the vent lid. It also has a metal continuous hinge for you to simply slide onto the pin and then crimp the ends for a secure fit. I've attached a photo and a video to assist.
