Question:
I recently purchased a 2000 C 6500 from U Haul. I used one of their car hauler trailers for my move, the trailer is a electric over hydraulic system. What do You recommend to so I can tow a car hauler trailer with just one brake axle and a 7 pin RV connector?

Since we don't have a custom fit wiring harness for your C6500 what you'll need to do is hardwire in a brake controller that is compatible with your electric over hydraulic brakes on your trailer.
You'll first need to start with a 4-way part # 119250KIT unless the vehicle already has one.
From there you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
