Great question!
The Camco Quick Hose Connect # CAM20135 does indeed feature an auto shut-off. With the pieces from the unit attached to both the water source and your hose, the water will automatically stop flowing as soon as you disconnect the hose. The water pressure from the source will essentially push down a built-in stopper with the hose disconnected that will stop the flow of water.
