Good Afternoon, I have a 2016 ram 1500 crew cab with a factory installed bed liner. I am looking to install a hard tonneau cover such as the bakflip 2. With this tonneau cover work with my factory installed bedliner? Additionally, I would like a way to transport kayaks and have been looking at the Thule xsporter. Is the Thule xsporter compatible with the backflip 2 rail mounts and the bedliner that is installed? Thank you, I appreciate the advice.

I have a great solution for you, but since you want to use a ladder rack with the tonneau you have to go with Bakflip Revolver and a TracRack SR style ladder rack as this is the only combination we know works well for both the ladder rack and the tonneau.
So if you have a 5-1/2 foot bed you'd want the Bak # BAK39207 and TracRac # TH43003XT-784
6-1/2 foot bed # BAK39213 and TracRac # TH43003XT-501
8 foot bed # BAK39214 and TracRac # TH43003XT-000
The reason these ladder racks fit with the tonneaus is they install through the stake pockets and do not clamp around the bed rails. Because of this they are also compatible with the bed liner you have as well.
