Based on my research, it appears that your 2002 Tiffin Phaeton was built on a Freightliner XC-Series chassis with air suspension. I do recommend confirming this as it's possible that you have a different model.
If this is correct, there is not a standard steering stabilizer available for this model, however we do have the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-115 that is a confirmed fit. This will do a great job of minimizing sway and driver fatigue by improving the stability of your RV. The bar will mount to the rear axle and frame to balance weight transfer and reduce body roll.
I have attached the complete installation instructions on this product so you can get a better idea as to how this installs and operates.
