For your 2004 Toyota Solara convertible, I recommend the Curt Class II Frame Receiver Hitch # C12110. This Class II hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. This hitch will provide you with a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening and it has a 300-pound tongue weight capacity. If you use a bike rack or cargo carrier, you will need the support strap # 18050.
