Question:
My 2003 Audi A6 has a sensor on the catalytic converter. Does this replacement allow me to install the sensor in the product?

The # MF99204HM is a universal design converter that matches the pipe dimensions of the converter that your vehicle has but it does not have the same sensor provision so it wouldn't really be a direct replacement in that regard.
It could still work, but you'd have to take this to an exhaust shop and have them weld in an O2 bung in a similar location on your exhaust.
