Question:
I own a 1997 CronKhite Bobcat Trailer with Titan Surge Brakes and want to add a Weight Distribution System for my Ford F-150 4WD Crew Cab. My truck is capable of towing 11,000 LBS with a max Toung Weight of 1,150 LBS with weight distribution system. The frame on my trailer is different from those shown in your question and answer section, see attached picture. I know I will need to move the Toung Jack which is not a major issue. I will also need to replace the Pintle with a ball receiver. The channels on my toung are 6inch but as you can see in the attached picture they are double stacked. Do you have any suggestions?

We can start by getting your the coupler you need. I recommend the Trailer Coupler - Adjustable Channel Mount - Thumb Latch - Black - 2-5/16" Ball - 14,000 lbs # CTA-400. This coupler will work well with a weight distribution system.
Then I recommend the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 12K GTW, 1.2K TW # RP66560 which is compatible with the surge brake actuator. You will need to bolt the brackets directly to your trailer frame if the brackets will not fit around it. The automotive-grade friction material lines brackets to help correct any sway that may occur due to winds, curvy roads, or sudden maneuvers. This works really well with the trunnion spring bars to give you better control of your trailer. I've attached a video of the test course I had the opportunity to experience and this system works extremely well.
You will need to add the hitch ball # 19286 to complete the system.
