For your 2009 Chevy Aveo5 we have the Curt hitch part # C11306 as a confirmed fit. It is perfectly legal to install this hitch on your vehicle. You would want to check your owners manuals for any restrictions on towing and be sure to follow them.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the part # C59236. For a ball mount part # C45521 and for a hitch ball # A-80.
