I have a 2015 hyundai veloster. Will your Saris Bike porter do the job? I cannot have the bike mounted on the roof as I cant get it up there. I need a boot attachment. What do you have?

The Saris Bike Porter was a fit for your 2015 Hyundai Veloster but the manufacturer has discontinued that product.
The good news is we have had an updated fit for a trailer hitch and now have a confirmed fit for your Veloster in the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class I # C11254. Then I recommend a Class I compatible bike rack like the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack # S64650. Then I also recommend the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 1-1/4" & Combo Shanks - 7' # S64031 to secure your bike rack and bikes.
