How can I install this on my 2016 Transit Connect Titanium?

It sounds like your 2016 Ford Transit Connect has factory flush rails that run front to back. To add a rack to those rails you will need to look at roof rack options instead of the ladder rack section. The only problem is that the roof rack options are rated lower than the ladder rack # TH29611XT.

The most economical option is a Thule square bar system using the following parts:

SquareBars # TH712400
Podium feet # TH460R
Fit kit # THKIT3032
The roof rack itself is rated for 165 pounds.

I have a ford transit connect 2014 titanium LWB and it has a panoramic vista sunroof. can I still safely get any kind of roof rack installed? i have the flush long factory mounted rails along each side running from front to back.

The sunroof won't cause any issues with regards to roof rack installation or safety. You might not be able to actually operate it with accessories attached (you likely won't want to anyway because of the noise), but other than that there aren't any additional precautions you need to take.

@ChrisR Thanks. Please tell me which specific roof racks and parts (model#s and names) you recommend based on my particular vehicle model. And will these roof racks attach to the flush factory side rails or will we need to drill holes in to attach new long length side rails? Also will 3 cross bars fit? Or only 2? @VictoriaS No problem! For your Ford Transit Connect (LWB) I highly recommend the Thule WingBar system that consists of parts # TH711420, # TH710601, and # TH186032. The feet are designed to mount to the flush side rails on the roof so you won't have to do any drilling. It's a 2-bar setup as there aren't currently any 3-bar systems like this available for your vehicle.
