Should the Kat's Heaters Vehicle Interior Heater KH37650 Make Noise when On

Question:
When the heater is operating are you suppose to be able to hear the fan running, either on the heat or the fan setting?

The fan in the Kat's Heaters Vehicle Interior Heater - 150 Watt - 12V Item # KH37650 isn't all that powerful so if you are using it in a running vehicle you probably would not hear it. If you cannot feel any air moving make sure that the outlet it is plugged into has power. If the vehicle is off it may not have power.
If the outlet has power and the unit isn't running when switched on then it could be the fuse. The fuse is located in the plug end that plugs into the outlet. Usually you just unthread the spring loaded nub at the end to access the fuse. That type of fuse is available at auto parts stores.
And if that is not the problem then there is likely an internal problem with the heater and it will need to be replaced.
