Is this box water proof?

Aluminum A-Frame Trailer Tongue Toolbox Item # 350970 is weather resistant but not waterproof. For something to be considered waterproof it has to be able to be submerged under water for a certain period of time and not let water in. None of the toolboxes are waterproof but as far as keeping out rain they can do that just fine.
