Lengths of the Two Pieces of the Camco Quick Hose Connect # CAM20135

Question:
I have a Hi-Lo trailer with the water inlet slightly inset at the front of the trailer. When the top of the trailer is down in towing position, it covers the water inlet with very little room to spare. I need to know the length of each of the two sections of this part so I can determine if the part I need to leave attached to the water inlet will be short enough to be left on when the trailer is in the down position. The video shows the female section with the rubber grip and release ring being attached to the inlet and the smaller male end attaching to the hose. My trailer will be hooked up opposite, with the male end being left attached to the inlet and the female rubber grip section being attached to the water hose. Thank you for your assistance. If the size of the section I need to leave attached to the inlet is short enough for the trailer to clear it in the down position, this item will quickly and easily resolve the current headaches we have hooking up the water hose. Keeping my fingers crossed it fits!

I spoke to my contact at Camco and he informed me that the male side of the # CAM20135 is 1-1/2 inch and the female side is 1-1/4 inch.
