Hi, what is the difference between the ATV tie down and the motorcycle tie down? For there is a price difference but looks the same.

ShockStrap Ratcheting Tie-Down Kit w/ Built-In Shock Absorbers # 297-7RSBB-M comes with strap latches on the ends, which you can see more of in the video I have linked. The similar version, # 297-9RSBB-M, does not have those strap latches.
The latches are to help keep tie-down hooks from detaching from their anchor points when there is slack in the line.
