I do have a traction device that will fit the 235/55-R18 tires on your 2005 Lexus RX 330 but we currently do not carry les schwab tire chains. According to the owner's manual for your vehicle, tire chains are only permitted on the front 2 wheels and must have a link thickness less than 3mm.
Therefore, I recommend using the ISSE Hybrid Snow Socks part # TCH70 as these are the only traction devices we offer than are less than 3mm thick and fit a 235/55-R18 tire. The socks are made of a lightweight, stretchable fabric that makes for easy installation and removal, and provides a snug fit.
