Yes, the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs part # TLC2217 are a confirmed fit for the front of your 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 6-1/2' bed.
In order to choose the correct rear frame mounted tie downs you will first need to determine if you have a factory, TorkLift, or aftermarket trailer hitch receiver. If you have a factory trailer hitch receiver you will want part # TLC3214. If you have an aftermarket trailer hitch receiver such as Curt or Draw-Tite then you will want part # TLR3500.
In order to secure the camper to your frame mounted tie down points, I recommend using the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles part # TLS9522-2-LK. I have included a review video of these turnbuckles for you to check out as well.
