Is there any faucet like this that comes in chrome? I need it to fit a regular 3 hole sink.

There are chrome RV kitchen faucets available that are similar to the Patrick Distribution Brushed Nickel # 277-000129 you were looking at. For example, the Phoenix Faucets # PF231361, which is a 1-hole or 3-hole mount with a pull-down spray nozzle. You can see how this looks in the accompanying photo.

Other faucets that would work for you are the Phoenix Faucets 8" Dual Handle with Side Sprayer # PF231301, which also comes in versions with a single handle, # PF231322 or # PF231341. I've added links to a couple review videos for you to take a look at as well.
