I have a 2005 expedition and dont know what replacement mounting kit I need for Westin Sportsman grille guard

Mounting kits for grille guards like the Westin Sportsman are specific to the particular guard item and also to the particular vehicle. All such guard items confirmed to fit your 2005 Ford Expedition are shown on the linked page.
Please note that it is not possible to make a guard item fit on a vehicle for which it was not designed, even if you have the correct install kit for the vehicle.
Westin does not have a Sportsman series grille guard for your Expedition but they do have their Ultimate Bull Bar, part # 32-2405. The replacement hardware kit for these items is part # 32-240PK which includes brackets and hardware.
