I have a Bell Sports rack Model A30503. Are Replacement keys generic Key # N003,N2806,N2860 etc. Are these the same key?Will they fit my lock?

The Bell Sports Rack will not be compatible with the Thule keys you mentioned. They are different manufacturers. Sports Rack is a sub company of Thule, so that is why you see the names combined, but Bell is a different company all together. The replacement keys for Thule like # THKEYN003 will not work with your Bell Carrier.
To lock your bikes to your rack you may want to consider using a cable lock like the Deadbolt 10' Long Cable Lock # e98891.
