Question:
I have a equalizer that measures 6 inches between bottom two holes and 4 inches down from the top whole to in between the center of the two bottom wholes. Is there a equalizer for this application? 7000 lb axles.

As far as cushioned equalizers there are none that fit the measurements you need and that work with 7K axles. But for a regular equalizer what you would need is Triangular Equalizer for 1-3/4" Double-Eye Springs - 6-1/16" Long - 9/16" Center Hole Item # TREQ310. That 1/16 of an inch of length difference will not be a factor. And it is 4 inches tall as well.
The other way to add some cushioning to the trailer suspension is to use a Lippert shock kit # LC281281. One kit per axle is recommended. I have linked a video review of the shocks for you.
