I do have a hitch that will fit your 1990 Jeep Wrangler YJ, but the item you selected, Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75054 will not fit.
For a Class III 2 Inch hitch like part # 75054, for your Jeep, you will need the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # 13657.
The Draw-Tite hitch # 75054 that you selected is designed to fit 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee, and the 1984 Jeep Wagoneer Downsize.
To complete your towing setup you will need the following items:
Ball Mount, part # AMSC2
1-7/8 Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19260
2 Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19247
Wiring, part # 18252
Pin and Clip, part # PC3
