Does Lower Appearance Panel of 2017 Toyota Sienna Come Off to Install Draw Tite Hitch

Question:
Hey all, for those who have installed this hitch on your 2017 xle sienna, are you able to reinstall the majority of the plastic undercarriage, or is it truly just the little bit in the front? Im open to creative cutting, but want to make sure its possible first.

I attached an install video that shows the Draw Tite hitch part # 75237 installed on a 2017 Toyota Sienna like yours for you to check out. Since Draw Tite recommended cutting off so much of the panel we felt it was better just to leave the panel off all together since it really does not serve much of a purpose and is not visible.
