I recently purchased LED tail lights for my trailer from you. They have a five wire harness and my old taillight have a three wire harness. Would you be able to tell me how to wire in the new lights? This is an upgrade from old incandescent to LED thank you

When installing the Bargman LED, Recessed, Double Tail Light # 47-84-008 on your trailer, the wires from the unit will be for the following functions:

The green wire is for running lights.
The black wire from the side of the unit with the red only lens is for the stop/turn signal circuit.
The other black wire is for the reverse lights.
The white wires will then be for your grounds.

You will want to determine the functions of the wires from your trailer wiring. If you are able to note the functions before cutting off your existing tail light assembly, this may help with installation. Otherwise you can test each wire with a circuit tester like # PTW2993.
