Question:

How do you reset the master lock gun trigger lock if you have forgotten the combination, ie. if it is already locked??

Expert Reply:

If you do not recall the combination of your Trigger Lock, you will need to have a locksmith drill out the lock. The only other option is less appealing and much more time consuming - manually going through each of the possible combinations until you find it.

To avoid this problem in the future, you may want to consider going with a keyed option, the Master Lock Gun Trigger Lock # 90KADSPT, which comes with two keys in case you misplace one. This is a single lock but there is the option to get a set of three, # 90TRISPT. I've added a link to a video review of this lock for you to take a look at.
