For your 2017 Nissan Rogue I highly recommend the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # RR85QR.
This rack has Vortex Aero crossbars with rubber strips in the channel to minimize noise and drag that are prevalent in other crossbars. What a lot of people really like about this rack is the look - the bars do not extend past the legs for a clean and sleek design that mimics what factory roof racks look like.
