Hi, I read the q and a here and seeing recommendation for extra parts. Such as wiring kit, etc.. I get really confused. Does this item include all the parts in need to complete the installation? Do i need the wiring kit? What is it for? Thanks.

The majority of trailer hitches we sell, including the 2-inch Draw-Tite Max-Frame hitch # 76112, come complete with all required mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions. Those instructions, which are linked for you, include a listing of the tools needed. I also linked for you an installation video showing this hitch installed on your exact same 2017 Sienna.
You only need a wiring harness if you intend to tow a trailer that has lights, or if you want to use any other accessory item that requires lighting power, such as a lighted step like the Bully # BBS-1104L. If your only use for the hitch is for a bike rack like the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR or for a cargo carrier like Pro Series # 63153 then you won't need a wiring harness UNLESS the bikes or cargo block the Sienna's taillights.
If that is the case you will need a 4-pole wiring kit # 118498 for your SE to power a set of add-on magnetic lights like # TL21RK. But again, the wiring and lights are needed only if the Sienna's lights are obscured by your hitch-mounted items. An install video for this wiring kit is linked for you.
