This rack does not work with spoilers and my research found that your Previa does not have a spoiler, so we should be fine in that regard. If you're carrying children's, step-through or aggressive framed (BMX or mountain) style bikes, I strongly recommend adding a Swagman Frame Adapter Bar, part # 64005.
