For your 2015 Nissan Rogue, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75902 is a confirmed fit. It will work very well for you and will install fairly easily. I've attached a video of this installation for you.
For your wiring, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56033 is a confirmed fit. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side interior trim panels in your rear cargo area. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery. I've attached an article to help you with running this power wire that helps to avoid overloading your factory electrical system. I've attached a video of this installation as well.
For a ball mount, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop, 5-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black # BWTS10037B. This ball mount is adjustable to allow you to tow many trailers level. It has two hitch ball options, a 2 inch and a 2-5/16 inch to fit with most standard trailer couplers. This ball mount also has a unique stowable feature to give you a clean look when not in use and protect you from hitting your shins while loading and unloading when not in use. I recommend using a hitch lock like # e98882 to secure your investment.
