DeeZee Brite-Tread Running Boards - 6" Wide - Aluminum Tread Plate, Item # DZ2017, are cab-length running boards. This means they fit from the back of the front wheel well to the end of the cab just before that small gap between the cab and the bed on your 1990 Ford F-150 regular cab.
I have included a picture showing what they look like. This is just an example picture to show what cab-length means.
